Provide onsite SAP and Manhattan OMS technical consulting and production support: monitor applications, troubleshoot multi-platform issues, implement fixes and configurations, perform data loads, develop scripts/custom objects, lead small-to-medium projects, work with vendors, and improve operational efficiency through automation and documentation.

Onsite .NET developer responsible for Windows application design, coding, debugging, and maintenance. Write specifications and test plans, participate in Agile project planning, integrate systems, and provide technical support and documentation. Collaborate with clients and peers, track time and prepare status reports.

Develop and execute test plans, cases and scripts for .NET applications; perform functional, regression, UAT, load and backend testing; automate functional tests using TFS/MSTest and other tools; test web services, design test data, write complex SQL/Stored Procedures, and coordinate QA activities with development and operations.

Design, maintain and troubleshoot SAP BusinessObjects Universes and reports (WEBI, Dashboards, Explorer). Gather requirements, build enterprise reports, perform testing and QA, and serve as Business Objects SME while supporting platform administration and documentation.

Facilitate requirements discovery through meetings, interviews, research, and discussions to understand current and target systems (60%). Produce a complete Business Requirements Statement documenting all requirements (40%).

Install and maintain CA and DB2 products on IBM Mainframe Z196 z/OS, monitor system activities, perform problem analysis and tuning, work with users/developers to implement solutions, and maintain/monitor multiple DB2 subsystems.
