Perform systems planning analyses, evaluate and model business and system requirements, analyze and document complex business problems, develop and approve test plans, and coordinate moderate-scope upgrades and rollouts to support leadership decision-making and infrastructure.

Perform installation, configuration, backup/recovery (RMAN), performance tuning, monitoring, patching, capacity planning, security management, scripting, and provide on-call and project support. Interface with developers and Oracle support; maintain documentation and standards.

Test vendor-released enhancements, validate requirements, configure vendor UI, develop C# bridges and ASP.NET integrations, write stored procedures/SQL and XML/XSLT transformations, design reports with Crystal/SSRS, and script/migrate legacy SQL Server data. Communicate with vendor teams and agency staff and support IIS application deployments.
