Develop and execute test plans, cases and scripts for .NET web applications; perform functional, regression, UAT and load testing; automate tests; test web services and backend ETL/SQL; publish results; coordinate test environments and collaborate with development, PM and operations to ensure product quality.

Develop and maintain BizTalk Server integrations using C#/.NET; design and implement solutions with WCF and Enterprise Libraries; create and optimize T-SQL queries; use Visual Studio/TFS; perform unit testing and formal code reviews; work in Agile/SDLC teams; implement XSLT/XPath mappings and BizTalk adapters (SFTP), and leverage BAM/BRE where applicable.

Install and maintain CA/DB2/mainframe tools; monitor system activity, analyze and tune problems; collaborate with users and developers to implement products; install and maintain DB2 subsystems. Requires advanced IBM Z/z/OS and SQL skills plus experience with TSO, Rexx, COBOL, CICS, CA tools, and SoftwareAG.

Design, code, and modify processes supporting QNXT with primary emphasis on SQL development. Develop ETL and reporting using SSIS/SSRS, perform minimal C# work, integrate with BizTalk, analyze and resolve application issues, and maintain documentation. Onsite role in Phoenix requiring local candidates and background check clearance.

Develop, document, and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures. Lead project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Perform research, gap analyses, and translate requirements into an agency policy framework. Create supporting technical standards, workflows, and procedural documents; provide direction and support to project teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

Provide onsite technical support: troubleshoot and repair Windows PCs and peripherals, resolve network/software/hardware issues, manage Windows 2003/2008 servers, use Active Directory and enterprise tools, document incidents, and assist on projects.

Capture and document business and functional requirements, lead JAD sessions, analyze and optimize business processes, work with development teams to ensure solution quality, and manage stakeholder communication and relationships.
