Translate customer requirements into technical configurations, obtain/evaluate vendor quotes, manage vendors to meet deadlines, prepare technical reports, train staff, resolve cross-divisional issues, maintain documentation and financial reporting. Onsite role in Phoenix; background check required.

Design, code, test, debug, and maintain web applications using full lifecycle development. Produce SDM technical documents, estimate project schedules/costs, create test data, conduct unit testing, and interface with users for enhancements and problem resolution.

Provide application architecture support: develop standards and processes, validate solution designs, and mentor development staff to implement architectural patterns and SDLC practices.
