Designs, develops, debugs and maintains Microsoft Dynamics CRM web applications and integrations. Implements CRM forms, workflows, plugins, SSRS reports, SSIS/KingswaySoft adapters, Web APIs and Exchange/SharePoint integrations. Participates in code reviews, lifecycle testing, and Agile delivery, and documents solutions for production support.

Develop, test, and troubleshoot .NET intranet applications using C# .NET 4.0 and SQL Server 2008. Implement and consume Web Services and use Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server for development, source control, and builds. Provide application troubleshooting and testing support for on-site Phoenix assignment.

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues remotely or onsite, administer/configure systems, document procedures, monitor security alerts, mentor junior staff, manage ticket backlog and escalate high-priority incidents. Act as escalation point and enforce service levels and quality standards.

Onsite Systems/LAN Administrator supporting ADOT network: troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues; install/configure PCs and peripherals; administer Microsoft servers and AD; assist on projects; requires statewide travel and a valid Arizona Class D driver’s license.

Design and implement complex reports; import/export and transform Oracle data; write queries, stored procedures, and T-SQL; develop .NET 4.5/C# applications and Oracle Forms 10g; perform unit testing and code reviews; create technical documentation; work within Agile/SDLC teams.

Provide onsite help desk support: respond to user requests, diagnose and resolve issues, enter tickets into an issue tracking system, run and maintain production jobs, test releases, prepare utilization and reconciliation reports, and develop/execute test plans. Proficient use of Excel, Word, and Access required. Must pass background check and be authorized to work in the US.

Maintain and support web-deployed Oracle Forms/Reports applications, troubleshoot production issues, develop SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and cleanup, collaborate with engineers, BAs, QA, and PMs, use JIRA and SVN, and assist release transitions and status reporting.

Provide senior-level Windows server and Active Directory design, implementation, migration and consolidation. Manage AD domains, trusts, Group Policy, DNS and replication. Use PowerShell, FIM, Exchange, IIS and Lync; troubleshoot servers, certificates, DHCP, network issues, and perform backups. Support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), monitoring tools and follow ITIL processes.

Design and implement AWS solutions, analyze applications for migration suitability, estimate costs and prepare business cases, and deploy solutions following AWS best practices. Provide expertise in VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, Redshift, and Big Data/Advanced Analytics platforms.

Provide onsite network engineering and infrastructure support, managing LAN/WAN, servers, backup, virtualization, AD/GPO, phone/wireless/PBX systems, and disaster recovery projects. Lead refresh and upgrade projects, troubleshoot network issues, coordinate vendors, and provide 24-hour emergency support one Sunday per month.
