Perform clerical accounting tasks including data entry, journal entries, account analyses, A/R, A/P and general ledger processing. Manage personal-lines client accounts: prepare and present quotes, create proposals, process applications and endorsements, assist with claims and policy changes, and respond to client questions.

Develop and maintain Python-based solutions and REST services for enterprise capital management. Build/refresh environments, develop and test algorithms, automate processes, and work with MS SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS and ETL tasks. Cross-train on DB/ETL work; collaborate on a global team within a banking environment.

Manage general and project accounting for an architecture firm, supervise accounting staff, maintain project data in accounting software, support monthly billing cycles, prepare invoice packages, monitor AR and collections, resolve billing issues, and liaise with project managers, clients, and accounts payable.

Prepare general journal entries and financial statements; perform account analysis and reconciliations; participate in SaaS ERP design/implementation; assist on special projects and reporting using NetSuite and advanced Excel.
