Perform full-charge bookkeeping including accounts payable, invoicing, and general accounting for a nonprofit. Use Great Plains, maintain records, communicate with team and vendors, and work overtime as needed. Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Perform phone, email and fax outreach to third parties and HOAs to obtain property data; conduct physical research, enter data into systems, manage a pipeline of requests, follow up to meet daily/weekly/monthly SLAs, and adhere to department and client processes.

Provide legal administrative support: organize case files and calendars, document actions, maintain client communication, input data into case database, and prepare case summaries and mediation materials.

Design, develop, and support Teradata-based ETL solutions using Teradata utilities. Perform SQL development, stored procedures, macros, performance tuning, data reconciliation, L3 support, and stakeholder requirements discovery. Work with ETL tools (Informatica/Datastage), Unix shell scripting, change management, and propose best practices and workarounds.

Provide third-level production support and ensure operational readiness for eCommerce releases. Perform readiness assessments, remediate risks, track tasks, enable knowledge transfer, and support post-deployment stability, monitoring, and recovery activities.

Develop and maintain hybrid and native mobile applications, collaborate with team members, design scalable secure solutions, write tests, work with native plugins, consume RESTful APIs, and document code and processes.

Provide production application support for mainframe and middleware environments: troubleshoot production outages, perform root cause analysis, debug Java code, manage incidents/changes, support databases (Oracle/DB2), and use monitoring/scheduling tools to meet SLAs.

Write complex SQL queries and manipulate large datasets to produce end-to-end financial analysis of domestic and global roaming traffic. Gather requirements, identify data sources, rationalize results, produce written analysis, troubleshoot queries, and collaborate cross-functionally to make recommendations and support reporting needs.

Evaluate and recommend technologies to trial on Verizons 5G network; liaise with internal teams and startups; identify customer trial candidates; define trial scenarios; and coordinate any required software or hardware development with internal or external resources.

Design, develop, modify, and evaluate enterprise applications (analytics, e-commerce, cloud) using Java/Spring and big data technologies; perform coding, testing, debugging, documentation, conversion, implementation, and user training.
