Job DescriptionRandstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist with 4 to 5 years experience providing support to an individual or team!!
Main responsibilities will include:
*Verifying,approving, and coding invoices
*All Accounts Payable functions including accurate preparation of payments for approved invoices and contract payments.
*Processing 300+ invoices a week
*Maintaining accurate files
* Special Assignments through the company
* Communicating with vendors and management team
QualificationsQualifications & Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel - 10 Key - JD Edwards experience is a plus
*Attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to prioritize and multi task
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
*Ability to pick up on software systems quickly
Additional InformationThis rewarding job is a Monday thru Friday work week ( 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m). The pay rate for this job will be $15.00 to $16.00 dollars an hour.
