Design and lead technical architecture for a CRM enterprise application. Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to evaluate products, define, build, test, and implement integrated CRM and ERP solutions, including legacy system sunsetting and ERP integrations. Ensure alignment with business requirements and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Senior Hadoop developer/admin responsible for Hadoop (Cloudera) platform support and development, incident and problem resolution, performance tuning, root cause analysis, SQL debugging, UNIX/Linux scripting, Java development, and coordinating global production support to ensure SLA adherence and application stability.

Design, develop, test and support Big Data Java applications across the full software lifecycle. Build reusable frameworks and Java components, collaborate with architecture and business stakeholders, lead technical decisions, and troubleshoot production issues. Work with Unix, Java, SQL, Spark, Pig, Python and related big-data tools.
