Promote quality, safety, and sustainability while leading cross-functional and international teams. Role reports to CEO and requires ~20–30% travel.

Lead automation and equipment definition, selection, and industrialization for rubber product manufacturing. Provide technical authority, drive standardization, support plant launches, optimize layouts and automation, lead cost‑saving and quality improvement projects, monitor KPIs, and train/coach global plant teams on manufacturing best practices.
