Provide document control and administrative support to Project Management for commercial/industrial construction projects. Coordinate onboarding, badging, payroll/HR liaison, time coding for billing, assist budget development, and serve as point of contact for employees, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.

Oversee assigned electrical construction projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and client relationships. Lead project teams, perform weekly site visits, ensure document control and safety compliance, produce monthly financial projections, and drive profitability while mentoring staff and coordinating procurement and material releases.

Lead full lifecycle electrical construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, safety and quality compliance, Procore setup/use, stakeholder communication, change management, close-out, and site inspections. Manage forecasting, timesheets, invoices, and team assignments while ensuring code, permit, and contract compliance.

Partner with business and technology teams to identify, define, and support AI, analytics, and automation solutions. Gather requirements, translate use cases, support POCs, testing, deployment, monitoring, governance, training, and continuous optimization to drive business value.

Provide administrative and transactional support for GMP contract billings: prepare monthly progress billings, compile backup and SOV updates, track subcontractor invoices, lien waivers and insurance, support change orders, maintain project files, monitor retainage, assist AP and job cost reconciliations, support audits, and communicate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely payments.

Lead full execution of electrical construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, vendor and stakeholder coordination, safety and quality compliance, Procore-based project setup and management, cost tracking, change order management, site inspections, and project close-out. Acts as primary customer contact and oversees team assignments, risk mitigation, and procurement/logistics.

Inspect, test, and verify electrical systems and components for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Develop and enforce QC procedures, document findings, perform root cause analysis, manage calibration, train teams, evaluate suppliers, and support continuous process improvements on construction sites and in manufacturing environments.

Provide commercial legal support to finance, operations, and commercial teams: draft and negotiate complex construction and commercial contracts, advise on deal structure, support bids, M&A, project development, disputes, compliance, and manage outside counsel.

Lead development and enforcement of project-specific electrical quality programs. Inspect, test, and document electrical systems; ensure code and safety compliance (NEC/IEC/ISO); train onsite teams; manage calibration, supplier evaluation, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements. Oversee corrective actions and maintain QC documentation.
