Lead electrical quality control for projects by creating and enforcing project-specific quality plans, performing inspections and testing, training onsite teams, documenting results, driving corrective actions, overseeing calibration of test equipment, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Conduct root cause analysis, supplier evaluations, and continuous process improvements.
