Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to identify, design, validate, and support AI, automation, and analytics solutions. Lead and develop a team of recruiters while performing full-cycle recruiting for office professional roles in construction. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage openings, extend offers, set team metrics, improve processes, and build candidate pipelines and cross-functional relationships.

Support electrical construction projects by assisting project managers with estimating, cost control, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, procurement, progress/pay application tracking, scheduling, documentation, and on-site/office coordination to ensure timely, safe project delivery.

Lead electrical quality assurance across projects by building site-specific QC programs, conducting inspections and testing, ensuring code compliance, training field teams, documenting findings, and driving corrective actions to improve processes and supplier performance.

Lead development and implement project-specific electrical quality programs. Inspect and test electrical systems, enforce codes/standards, document results, train field teams, perform root cause analysis, manage calibration, and drive corrective actions while ensuring safety compliance.

Lead corporate FP&A planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide performance reporting, variance analysis, KPI/dashboard development, partner with business leaders, support M&A and strategic projects, and improve FP&A tools and processes.
