Provide life insurance product and illustration support to internal sales, independent producers, and institutional advisors. Generate and revise illustrations, log proposals in CRM, analyze client needs, prepare sales proposals, order in-force ledgers, support field requests, maintain product and platform expertise, and ensure compliance with procedures.

Recruit and qualify financial advisors into the organization using detailed marketing plans. Manage lead pipeline and CRM, discuss Quantum financial products, document follow-up, and coordinate calls and webinars with wholesalers and advisors.

Lead and manage the Workday People Technology team to design, configure, integrate, and optimize Workday HCM. Drive Workday strategy, upgrades, data governance, training, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements to support People & Culture and business objectives.

Support agents and agencies through contracting with health, life, and annuity carriers. Manage electronic documents, CRM data, and contract status; provide phone and email agent support; ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines; coordinate with sales, new business, and commission teams; train staff and maintain records.

Serve as primary liaison for agents and carriers, resolve escalations, guide agents through contracting/certification/carrier portals, maintain documentation, perform outreach and follow-ups, proactively troubleshoot to ensure agent satisfaction and loyalty.

Design, build, and execute functional, integration, system, and nightly end-to-end test suites. Collaborate with Product and Development to create test plans, manage test data, run front-end and REST API tests, and report results to development and product teams.
