Lead and train down-line independent insurance agents, recruit and onboard new agents, provide ongoing coaching and retention, perform personal sales as directed, attend management meetings, and support company sales objectives through administrative and sales activities.

Provide office support by receiving, reviewing, entering, and submitting carrier applications and paperwork; verify data accuracy; resolve discrepancies with agents and carriers; perform quality control; train and coach team members and temporary staff.

Coordinate and process licensing and contracting documentation for insurance agents, ensure proper carrier appointments and payment structures, liaise with carriers and advisors, maintain carrier requirements knowledge, and support agents to enable writing and receiving commission payments.

Drive investment growth by building and deepening advisor relationships, supporting onboarding and training, partnering with product providers, running investment analysis and proposals, delivering targeted campaigns, and producing AUM and activity reporting to support business development.

Lead development and execution of sales strategy for Medicare and life/health products. Manage and coach multi-state sales and administrative teams, design onboarding and training, ensure CMS and carrier compliance, set KPIs and reporting, collaborate on marketing and lead strategies, and drive agent productivity, retention, and revenue growth.

Lead revenue recognition accounting for Health and Life businesses under ASC 606. Prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, LTV and contract asset reporting, cost of revenue analysis, disclosures, and ICFR/SOX compliance. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Commissions, FP&A, IT, and external auditors. Use analytics to identify variances and drive process improvements.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives including complex calendar management, travel booking and expense reports, meeting preparation, presentation creation using Microsoft Office, event logistics coordination, and confidential handling of sensitive information. Act autonomously to manage ad hoc initiatives and ensure smooth executive operations.
