As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will deliver a high-touch candidate experience while supporting recruiting, hiring, and onboarding across the organization. You'll serve as a trusted partner for executive and senior leadership searches, coordinating complex interviews, candidate travel, and recruiting logistics with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. 

 

This highly visible role requires strong organizational skills, executive presence, and a service-focused mindset to create a seamless experience for candidates, leaders, and stakeholders while supporting Integrity's People First culture. 

 

Let's talk job responsibilities: 

  • Lead the onsite interview experience, including:  

  • Candidate arrivals, departures, and building tours. 

  • Interview scheduling and panel coordination. 

  • Interview room preparation and materials. 

  • Hospitality coordination and candidate support. 

  • Interview packet creation and distribution. 

  • Feedback and scorecard collection. 

  • Candidate and interviewer assistance throughout the process. 

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless candidate experience.  

  • Coordinate executive and senior leadership searches, ensuring a white-glove experience from interview through onboarding.  

  • Manage complex scheduling for executive leaders, candidates, and key stakeholders.  

  • Coordinate executive candidate travel, lodging, transportation, and interview itineraries.  

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive candidates, providing proactive communication and support.  

  • Prepare executive interview materials, candidate briefs, and leadership agendas.  

  • Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure flawless execution of executive recruiting activities.  

  • Represent Integrity with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence in all interactions.  

  • Support new hire orientation, background checks, offer generation, relocation coordination, and I-9 verification activities. 

 

Your experience and skills: 

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, executive recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive support, or another high-visibility client-facing role.  

  • Experience supporting executive-level recruiting and delivering a high-touch candidate experience.  

  • Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, logistics, and competing priorities with discretion and accuracy.  

  • Strong executive presence, polished communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.  

  • Ability to build relationships and interact confidently with executives, candidates, and stakeholders at all levels.  

  • Sound judgment and experience handling sensitive and confidential information.  

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.  

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.  

  • Workday experience preferred.  

  • Ability to move throughout the building to support onsite interviews and candidate tours.
