Partner with internal teams to coordinate leads, campaigns, and client communications.

Provide office support by receiving, reviewing, entering, and submitting carrier applications and paperwork; verify data accuracy; resolve discrepancies with agents and carriers; perform quality control; train and coach team members and temporary staff.

Process, review, and reconcile broker and advisor commission data. Enter transactions, investigate commission holds and discrepancies, collaborate with Operations/Compliance/Finance, support payouts, audits, and system testing, and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Manage subledger implementation and reconciliations for commission payables across business units. Validate entries and payments, troubleshoot payment and data issues (including NACHA/bank), produce aging and 1099 reconciliation, train and coach payables teams, and support stakeholders to resolve commission payment questions and exceptions.

Supervise Broker-Dealer activities including review of new accounts, trades, correspondence, marketing materials and outside-account trading. Ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations (including SEC Rule 206(4)-7), develop and deliver BD training, assist with audits, disputes, and policy updates, and support strategic planning alongside CCO/COO.

Lead and train independent insurance agents, recruit and onboard new agents, provide ongoing coaching and retention support, perform personal sales when directed, attend management meetings, and meet company sales objectives while completing administrative duties.
