Support a specialized wholesaling product line as an internal wholesaler: provide sales support to distribution partners, communicate with executives, peers, and carrier/distribution clients, analyze and organize information, and collaborate across functional teams to drive annuity product distribution.

Lead and execute national marketing initiatives: plan with sales and VP, manage creative workflow (copy, design, digital), run multiple projects, perform QA, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Lead and manage the insurance recruiting team, handle key requisitions, drive recruiting KPIs and metrics, build stakeholder partnerships, ensure compliance, and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance and reporting to leadership.

Lead institutional life insurance wholesale efforts, build and manage a book of business, support case design and sales campaigns, recruit and cultivate institutional relationships, collaborate with carriers and internal teams, use CRM for reporting, and deliver client and producer support to drive growth.

Provide high-level executive support including heavy calendaring across time zones, travel planning, document preparation and editing, digital filing, expense management, meeting agendas and note-taking, visitor and event coordination, and general administrative project support to keep executives organized and productive.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Blazor and ASP.NET Core. Build RESTful APIs, background services, and data layers with .NET 8 and EF Core. Write automated tests, deploy and monitor apps on Azure, support CI/CD with GitHub Actions, collaborate on architecture and code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues while contributing to technical documentation and team best practices.
