Conduct inbound and outbound telesales to former and canceled timeshare owners, generate upgrades and new sales, overcome objections, and manage leads through a 45-day sales cycle. Present Westgate’s product portfolio, follow up across calls, emails, and texts, document customer interactions, comply with policies, and meet performance standards of 50+ daily calls and $40,000+ average net volume.

Supports the Marketing Department by coordinating promotional materials, contracts, ticket sellers, inventory, statistics, billing, payroll, timesheets, tour records, gifting paperwork, deposits, and operational reports. Assists marketing leadership with strategy execution, department coordination, profitability monitoring, vendor and broker relationships, and administrative processes. Regular attendance is required.

Promote Westgate Resorts by engaging vacationers, pre-qualifying guests for resort tours, selling attraction tickets, booking room nights, and providing concierge service. Use consultative sales and customer service to increase tour sign-ups and bookings. Operate POS terminals, balance cash and card transactions, maintain current knowledge of offerings and promotions, and support off-site events when needed.

Performs data entry and document preparation for sales and corporate departments, verifies and corrects contract data, responds to inquiries, files or routes documents, assists teammates and completes special projects as assigned.
