Manage full-cycle recruiting for timeshare sales representatives: create job ads, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and hiring events, travel nationally for career fairs/onboarding, partner with sales leadership, maintain candidate pipelines, present company culture and compensation, and build referral networks.

Support daily resort financial operations including reconciling deposits and POS transactions, preparing and distributing financial reports, processing payments, assisting month-end close, researching chargebacks and disputes, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative accounting support to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Engage guests at high-traffic locations to qualify and persuade them to attend 90-minute resort presentations, handle POS transactions and cash accurately, maintain a professional appearance, stay current on promotions/pricing, and occasionally travel to off-site events and conventions.
