Analyzes borrower credit information, underwrites complex loan requests, prepares loan memorandums, ensures compliance with lending policies, supports lenders and senior management, maintains customer relationships, and mentors and trains credit analysts. The role also coordinates internal and external training, participates in credit reviews and hiring, and helps develop the credit department.

Provides administrative and customer service support for commercial lending. Responsibilities include processing credit applications, preparing and reviewing loan-closing documents, coordinating appraisals and title orders, funding and servicing loans, perfecting liens, tracking documentation exceptions, processing payments and wires, supporting SBA loans, and communicating with borrowers and internal departments.

Provides customer service and administrative support for mortgage loan origination and servicing. Duties include taking applications, pulling credit, ordering loan documents and inspections, coordinating with loan officers, realtors, title companies, and buyers, managing files through closing, handling post-closing follow-up, resolving appraisal issues, and maintaining closed-loan records.

Processes and resolves deposit account exceptions, NSF items, chargebacks, ACH credits, Positive Pay decisions, account returns, debit card adjustments, and account closures. Maintains account analysis services, applies service charges, issues refunds, prepares statements, reviews operational reports, and supports internal and external customers. Ensures accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, timely transaction processing, and professional customer service while assisting other Deposit Operations functions.

Clears financial reporting exceptions, prepares covenant compliance memorandums, manages compliance certificates and ticklers, obtains missing financial information, and ensures credit procedures comply with bank loan policy while collaborating with credit and loan review teams.

Provides first-level technical support to bank employees through phone, tickets, and email. Responsibilities include password resets, answering technology questions, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting digital banking products. The intern will also cross-train with team members while developing technical, analytical, customer service, and professional skills in a fast-paced team environment.
