Responsible for selling fire alarm, life-safety, and related low-voltage systems to contractors and end users within a territory. Tasks include prospecting, creating proposals and estimates, influencing specifications, managing CRM, meeting quota and margin goals, coordinating with operations/finance/legal, conducting post-installation follow-up, and executing territory sales strategies.

Manage office administration, procedures, vendors, and supplies; handle AP/AR (including AIA construction billing), payroll, reception support, scheduling, and office policies. Supervise clerical staff, streamline processes, maintain inventories, coordinate with IT and HR, and support safety and company events.

Generate and qualify sales leads through research and outreach (phone, email, social, events). Advance opportunities in the CRM, pass qualified leads to Account Executives, support marketing and events, maintain prospect database, overcome objections, and help meet opportunity-based quotas.

Perform advanced daily accounting tasks (AR/AP, reconciliations, general ledger), coordinate team workflow, assist with audit requests, support month‑end/year‑end close, maintain records, and recommend process improvements while informally guiding coworkers.
