Drive client growth by building community relationships and referral networks, execute marketing plans including events and advertising, support caregiver recruitment and intake, mentor staff, and coordinate with executive management and the wellness team to develop marketing materials.

Recruit, screen, onboard, and train caregiver staff; maintain HR compliance with employment laws; advise leadership, minimize litigation risk, and support HR operations.

Lead community and external marketing efforts to grow client referrals and caregiver pipelines across the Main Line territory. Build and maintain referral networks, manage events, sponsorships, advertising, track results, support intake, mentor staff, and collaborate with wellness and executive teams to execute marketing and mentor programs.
