Provide front-desk and office support for the Community Justice Support Center: register participants, answer phones, maintain records and files, manage supplies and purchase orders, log drug testing results, assist with meetings/trainings, and perform other administrative duties to support staff and community partners.

Coordinate, promote, and run youth birthday parties at the Plymouth YMCA. Manage scheduling, staffing, setup/cleanup, Salesforce party input, POS transactions, guest communication, training for assistants, and follow-up surveys.
