Greet visitors, manage reception duties, answer and direct calls, handle mail and office supplies. Provide administrative and executive support including scheduling, travel coordination, document preparation, company card tracking, and event planning. Maintain confidentiality, support HR projects, and ensure a professional office environment.

Review AV project designs, build and QA equipment racks, load firmware/DSP/control code, perform commissioning and testing, support installers and troubleshooting, coordinate with design engineers and project managers, and complete project closeout documentation.
