Lead ERP business-systems strategy and administration for Oracle ERP Cloud/NetSuite. Translate business needs into configurations, own system health, governance, security, environments, integrations, and release management. Oversee general ledger activities and lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, variance analyses, and audit schedules. Ensure GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes and internal controls, support budgeting/forecasting, ERP/system implementations, and mentor junior accounting staff.
