Own day-to-day payroll and HRIS functions in Paylocity for multiple clients: process payrolls, troubleshoot payroll/tax issues, support HRIS configuration and reporting, manage client inquiries, ensure compliance, and recommend process improvements while supporting implementations and integrations.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (calls and emails) to generate interest in payroll solutions, research prospects, schedule meetings for senior sales, update CRM activity, and meet weekly/monthly outreach and meeting-setting goals while collaborating with sales and marketing.

Generate new business in the Tampa market through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals. Build relationships with CPAs and business owners, conduct meetings (Zoom/in-person), manage pipeline in Salesforce, research prospects, attend local events, and support client onboarding.

Provide administrative and sales-operations support to the VP of Sales: manage calendar and meetings, prepare materials and proposals, assist client onboarding and compliance, coordinate with Operations/HR/Payroll, document processes, train sales team members, and improve cross-department communication and follow-up.
