Lead development and validation of new bedding products, create specifications and BOMs, perform DFMEAs and testing, ensure NPD tollgate compliance, collaborate with sourcing, marketing, and manufacturing, support pilot runs and product launches, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide digital customer support and brand engagement across chat, social, SMS and email; author and QA self-service content and user-generated content; surface insights and trends; escalate and track issues to resolution; measure and optimize engagement; rotate through related digital and eCommerce functions for professional development.

Lead SEC reporting activities including preparing GAAP and non-GAAP disclosures in Workiva, drafting MD&A and footnotes, coordinating reviews with auditors and legal, performing technical accounting research, managing stock/share-based compensation and EPS calculations, supporting SOX documentation and audit schedules, and driving continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls.
