Leads VSE’s OEM engine-accessories programs, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and MRO partners. The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports policy and compliance, employee and labor relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, HRIS, performance management, learning and development, and workforce reporting. The role advises employees and managers, investigates employment issues, coordinates training and performance processes, maintains HR records, supports audits and affirmative action requirements, and partners with payroll and benefits teams. It requires managing multiple priorities while ensuring legal compliance, confidentiality, and effective employee support.

Develop and implement supplier quality standards, control systems, documentation, inspections, testing, performance monitoring, and corrective actions. Investigate product and process issues, ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, drive process improvements, and collaborate with managers, suppliers, customers, and other external partners.

Supports engineering by organizing, classifying, tracking, reviewing, editing, and creating technical publications such as reports, manuals, brochures, proposals, and procedures. Maintains documentation systems, coordinates content submissions and timelines, ensures accuracy and consistent formatting, provides feedback, and trains technical content providers and management users. Requires strong communication, technical editing, documentation management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Designs specialized tools, test stands, and precision fixtures for aviation engineering projects. Analyzes specifications and drawings, researches materials and components, reverse engineers tooling, and reviews maintenance instructions, Engineering Orders, and Component Maintenance Manual updates. The role supports aircraft electrical and avionics system troubleshooting, modification, and repair in an MRO or Part 145 environment, while collaborating on complex capability-development projects. Approximately 15% travel is required.

Responsible for daily assembly, testing, and delivery of aircraft fuel controls and components. Troubleshoots production issues, performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, improves assembly and test processes, maintains test equipment calibration, validates test-bench correlation, supports technician training, applies statistical process control, and ensures compliance with aviation regulations and certification requirements. Coordinates disposition of nonconforming materials and provides occasional customer-site field support.

Administers rotable inventory for civil aviation repairs by communicating with vendors and suppliers, reviewing discrepancy reports, performing inventory adjustments and warehouse transfers, and coordinating with Sales and Inventory Planning. Processes sales, repair, and purchase order information, supports cross-department activities, and assists customers by phone. The role requires strong computer skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in delivery and administration of company benefit programs, ensuring compliance with 401(k), H&W, ACA, and SCA. Manage billing, invoices, vendors, enrollment activities, data audits, regulatory filings, and system/process improvements. Partner with HRIS, Payroll, IT and other departments to resolve benefits issues and support annual enrollment and new coverage implementations.

Perform triage, investigation, and full incident response for security alerts; develop SIEM/SOAR use cases; manage EDR/email/cloud security; coordinate containment, remediation, and cross-team hardening; lead post-incident reviews and security awareness activities.

Owned customer relationships and sales pipelines, processed quotes and orders, resolved customer issues, tracked KPIs and territory performance, prospected new customers, coordinated cross-departmentally, mentored junior reps, and supported sales managers to grow business and retain customers.
