Leads financial aid operations across a multi-campus institution, overseeing staff, workflows, processing, systems, compliance, quality assurance, reconciliations, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages Ellucian Colleague systems, Title IV and state aid administration, audits, internal controls, corrective actions, and collaboration with institutional partners, including Veterans Educational Services. Provides strategic recommendations and develops staff and operational leadership capacity.

Supports student enrollment and graduation coaches throughout the enrollment lifecycle. Processes applications and admissions, academic, and financial documents; performs data entry; adds leads to HubSpot; monitors student accounts, balances, refunds, and academic progress; prepares reports; and registers transient and non-degree students.

Processes transcript requests, incoming transcripts, enrollment and degree verifications, and enrollment reports. Maintains accurate academic records and ensures compliance with FERPA and institutional privacy standards. Communicates with students and institutions to fulfill requests efficiently and accurately. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in a multifunctional environment, computer and office software proficiency, and successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
