Processes high-volume invoices, expense reports, ACH, direct deposits, check runs, and vendor payments. Reviews coding and approvals, reconciles statements, resolves discrepancies, supports month-end close, maintains audit-ready records, and prepares 1099 reports. Assists with cash flow management, bank-wide supply procurement, process improvements, and vendor communications. The role requires accurate financial documentation, policy compliance, and occasional guidance to departments and vendors.

Manages late-stage mortgage default servicing, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, investor and insurance claims, REO property preservation, vendor coordination, compliance, audits, and loss recovery. Tracks deadlines, reviews legal and preservation actions, validates expenses and claims, reconciles proceeds, monitors performance metrics, mitigates operational risk, and reports results to management. Requires strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, investor guidelines, claims analysis, and bankruptcy processes.

The Chief Compliance Officer leads the bank’s compliance risk management framework, advises executives and the Board on regulatory obligations, oversees policies, training, monitoring, remediation, and regulatory change management, and ensures compliance across business functions. The role also supports corporate governance, contracts, litigation management, product development, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives while promoting practical, risk-based controls and customer-focused outcomes.

Analyzes and forecasts financial data, cash flow, investments, interest-rate sensitivity, and risk. Develops financial models, budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and management reports; supports strategic planning, ALCO activities, audits, model risk, SOX, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with internal teams, communicates financial insights, performs scenario and sensitivity analysis, and maintains treasury documentation and reporting processes.

Provide first-line support for bank e-banking and treasury services (ACH, wires, Positive Pay, RDC, Bill Pay). Perform account setup and maintenance, accurate data entry using Jack Henry and Excel, monitor fraud alerts, troubleshoot common issues, escalate complex problems, and maintain regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
