Expands the commercial loan portfolio through business development, client relationship management, credit analysis, underwriting, loan structuring, and portfolio monitoring. Monitors and investigates suspicious banking activity, processes fraud claims and debit card disputes, resolves customer and operational issues, and maintains accurate case documentation. The specialist uses fraud monitoring and card processing systems, collaborates with internal teams and vendors, supports regulatory compliance, identifies fraud patterns, mitigates risk, and promotes customer fraud awareness. Weekend work and consistent office attendance are required.

Manage and mentor a team of mortgage collections specialists, develop and implement collections strategies, ensure regulatory compliance (FDCPA, RESPA), analyze delinquent accounts, negotiate payments, monitor KPIs, handle escalations, and maintain accurate records and reporting.

Perform entry-level commercial credit analysis: prepare credit memoranda, complete cash flow spreads, evaluate financial statements and creditworthiness, monitor covenant compliance, support underwriting and borrower reviews, and assist loan officers on site visits and appraisals.
