Seeking a litigation attorney with 4-6 years handling complex commercial disputes in state, federal, and arbitration forums. Candidate should demonstrate practical litigation knowledge, superior writing and communication skills, strong academic record, and highlight significant matters and industries of experience. The firm offers client responsibility, mentoring, advancement, and a flexible workplace across Buffalo or Erie offices.

Support and execute advanced billing operations for legal clients, prepare and finalize invoices, resolve complex billing issues, liaise with attorneys and clients, guide Billing Coordinators, ensure compliance, provide backup to the Billing Manager, and identify process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments with emphasis on Citrix and VMware. Implement and manage Azure (Entra, VMs, Exchange Online) and M365 services. Monitor performance, manage backups and disaster recovery, apply security hardening and patching, document configurations, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure 24x7x365 user productivity while providing technical support and reporting.

Provide advanced administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in the Corporate practice: manage client matters, prepare and e-file legal documents, maintain files, coordinate document production, manage calendars, billing/time entry, arrange travel, mentor junior staff, and improve administrative workflows while safeguarding confidential information.

Represent clients in commercial disputes across state, federal, and arbitration forums. Manage complex litigation matters, draft superior written work, communicate with clients, and handle significant claims. Labor and employment arbitration experience is a plus. Strong academic record and practical litigation knowledge expected.

Provide first- and second-level IT support via phone, email, remote desktop and in-person; troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, peripherals and network issues; configure and test PCs/laptops and applications; manage user access and system administration tasks; assist with installations, cabling, vendor oversight, and escalate recurring problems. Participate in IT projects and provide on-call support per SLA.

Provide trust and estate planning, administration, elder law, and related litigation advice. Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Handle estate/trust accounting, taxation, and Surrogate Court proceedings. Maintain significant client contact and collaborate within the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice.
