Review new consumer loan and membership/account files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Identify exceptions, notify teams, monitor corrections, prepare management reports, process returned mail, and assist with deceased member account procedures. Complete required compliance designations within 180 days.

Provide data entry and clerical support across Real Estate, Indirect Lending, Titles/CPI and mortgage processing. Originate and process loans, manage documentation, assist during peak periods, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform other duties as assigned.

Process and manage mortgage loan applications from disclosure through closing, order third-party reports, service mortgage files, coordinate closings, provide status updates to loan originators, and serve as backup originator while cross-selling credit union products.
