Implement design governance, reliability programs (FMEA, accelerated life testing), verification/validation, KPIs, and training to improve product quality, manufacturability, and engineering efficiency for mission-critical thermal management products.

Analyze production costs, material consumption, labor, and overhead to assess project profitability. Post and reconcile inventory transactions in the ERP weekly, maintain cost models and dashboards, and support inventory valuation and control to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Design and document electrical schematics, select components, create wiring and assembly drawings, and collaborate with mechanical, production, quality, and suppliers to ensure manufacturable, safe, and reliable products. Maintain BOMs and design documentation, support design reviews, and implement product improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
