Provide in-house commercial legal support: draft, review, and negotiate vendor, customer, and partnership agreements; advise on data security and privacy (incident response, DPAs, data mapping, regulatory compliance); identify legal/operational risks; build efficient review processes; and counsel stakeholders to drive initiatives to resolution.

Manage and maintain client-provided promotions, benchmark offers against competitors and history, flag inconsistencies, recommend improvements, train and inform the nationwide sales network, and produce insights and learning materials to improve offer competitiveness.

Support calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting of sales commissions and overrides. Investigate discrepancies, partner with Finance/Accounting/Sales, use Excel to analyze large datasets, and help improve commission processes and documentation.
