The Lead Analyst turns complex data into performance insights, strategic recommendations, and financial models that drive measurable growth for assigned client accounts. This role owns executive-level performance analysis, pressure-tests forecasting and compensation strategies, and partners directly with business owners to close performance gaps and maximize profitability.
- Lookups (XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) and SUMIFS/COUNTIFS
- Joining/combining data from separate tabs into one clean dataset
- Conditional (IF-based) logic
- Forecasting/scenario modeling in Excel

What You’ll Do:

Own performance analysis, forecasting, and commercial reporting for assigned clients and sales organizations

Lead performance discussions and present recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Build and maintain financial models, pro forma P&Ls, incentive structures, and scenario analyses

Partner directly with sales leaders and business owners to improve performance and identify growth opportunities

Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards in Excel and Tableau

Validate reporting accuracy and financial assumptions, surfacing trends, gaps, and risks early

Follow company guidelines and best practices for responsible AI use and data security

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational priorities
What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related commercial role

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

Expert-level Excel skills, with strong financial modeling and reporting experience

Strong data visualization experience, including building dashboards from scratch in BI tools; Tableau preferred

Strong commercial and financial acumen - understands what drives sales performance, profitability, and compensation strategy

Sharp analytical instincts and comfort working through ambiguous, fast-moving problems

Confident communicator who can present clearly to senior leadership
