Supports the Artist Relations and Programming Strategy team through artist communications, scheduling, database maintenance, event coordination, reporting, ticket and gift logistics, vendor setup, payments, contracts, expense processing, invoicing, budget tracking, and office administration. The role may require attendance at off-site, evening, and weekend events, along with coordinating artist performances and industry activities.

Supports daily and monthly accounting for entertainment venues and revenue streams. Responsibilities include reconciling POS, ticketing, funding, cash, receivables, and deposits; preparing journal entries; completing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and control documentation; reviewing general ledger activity; analyzing revenue and expenses; supporting royalty and licensing accounting; maintaining procedures; improving processes; and assisting with audits and compliance.

Supports HR operations through HRIS administration, system implementations, data maintenance, reporting, dashboards, compliance activities, and process improvements. Leads defined HR projects, manages employee lifecycle workflows, maintains audit-ready documentation, prepares metrics for leadership and board meetings, and provides analytical and administrative support for HR programs and recurring processes.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates; coordinate interviews and offers; administer the ATS; perform reference checks and new-hire processing; produce staffing metrics and reports; support employer branding and process improvements; handle HR administrative tasks.

Lead design, support, and advanced troubleshooting of wired and wireless venue networks (Ubiquiti/UniFi). Ensure reliability for ticketing, POS, mobile, and critical systems, provide technical escalation and mentorship, maintain documentation and standards, participate in on-call rotations, and support deployments and incident response at live events.

Provide on-site IT support for venue operations including network, POS, ticketing, telephony, servers, and end-user devices; manage maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, training, on-call duties, and travel to venues for implementations and support.
