Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process full-cycle payroll, garnishments, manual pays, year-end W-2/1099, and payroll reporting. Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors, mentor junior staff, resolve payroll inquiries, and serve as team lead in the manager's absence.

Oversee accounting operations for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, ensuring accurate financial transactions, GAAP and OMB compliance, internal controls, audits, month/year-end close, grants and payroll oversight, and lead a finance team while supporting integrations from mergers and acquisitions.

Manage planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of custom web and desktop applications. Lead and coach a software engineering team, contribute hands-on development, oversee project delivery, implement CI/CD and DevOps practices, manage cloud deployments (AWS), optimize processes and budgets, and partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Support, configure, and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms (Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint). Troubleshoot integrations and data issues, ensure data quality, manage security/permissions, assist testing and releases, document processes, train end users, and partner with IT, Marketing, and Retail stakeholders and vendors.

Coordinate community donation drives from prospecting to execution; cultivate partnerships with corporations, schools and community groups; schedule and staff events; maintain partner database and departmental reports; manage invoices and expense reports; collaborate with Transportation, Retail, and Marketing; perform administrative and outreach tasks to increase donations and promote GCNA programs.
