Lead strategic sales efforts across the mining industry by building relationships, developing and managing a qualified pipeline, shaping pursuit strategies, coordinating proposals, and securing multi-year contract mining and earthmoving work. Responsible for aligning internal teams, guiding technical sales support, maintaining win rates, and representing the company at industry events. Requires significant travel.

Lead metallurgical and processing activities to improve process performance, metal recovery, and operational efficiency.
