Provide site-level strategic and operational leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. Lead budgeting and financial close, strengthen internal controls, oversee procurement and materials management, manage IT infrastructure, monitor KPIs, mitigate operational risk, and recruit and develop multidisciplinary teams while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
