Full-cycle personal lines insurance sales role: prospect and respond to leads, quote and close policies, onboard clients, cross-sell products, maintain compliance and accurate documentation, and build a book of business through networking and referrals.

Serve as an on-site HR Business Partner delivering HR compliance, employee-relations, and strategic HR solutions to executive-tier clients. Advise on multi-state employment laws, manage investigations, develop HR tools, monitor SLAs, document client interactions in HRIS, and support client retention and process improvements. Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco-based network infrastructure in data centers. Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, port security), Cisco ACI and SD-WAN. Manage Cisco Nexus platforms, wireless, F5 load balancers, and ISE. Support on-site installations, upgrades, and long-term network operations.

Lead regional sales and distribution, recruit/train/manage sales team, drive monthly targets and pipeline health, conduct QBRs and deal strategy, implement sales processes, support post-sale implementation, use CRM/Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and travel as needed to grow accounts and maintain client/vendor relationships.

Drive new business in Greenville/Upstate SC by prospecting, networking, and presenting outsourced HR, payroll, benefits, and recruiting solutions. Build referral partnerships with CPAs, attorneys, bankers, and consultants; manage pipeline in CRM; collaborate with HR and implementation teams to onboard clients and achieve sales targets.

Lead accounting and financial operations for a beverage distribution business: manage GL, AR, AP, inventory, payroll, month/year-end close, cash flow forecasting, margin analysis, compliance, internal controls, and ERP/process improvements (Sage 100 preferred).

Lead and develop a team of Learning Advisors; manage the LMS/LXP (admin, reporting, SCORM, content uploads), design and deliver learning programs, partner with stakeholders to assess needs, and project-manage system improvements and global standardization. Ensure onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the learning team; facilitate virtual and in-person training and occasional travel.

Prospect and qualify leads via outbound calls and email, build outbound campaigns, research and segment target accounts, nurture opportunities, schedule initial meetings for business consultants, log activity in CRM, and meet weekly activity metrics to grow the sales pipeline.
