Identify and support execution of cost optimization initiatives, develop KPIs, support capital analysis, ensure controls and audit compliance, and present financial insights to improve profitability.

Partner with business and IT to optimize ERP/MRP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems, drive automation, establish KPIs, coach teams, and mentor junior OpX members to deliver measurable efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.

Manage and support direct and indirect tax compliance across the Americas. Coordinate external tax providers for federal, state, local, and foreign filings; manage multi-state sales and use tax; reconcile tax GL accounts; prepare property, business license, and unclaimed property returns; respond to tax notices; maintain tax calendars, documentation, and workpapers; support cross-functional tax projects and cash tax forecasting while collaborating with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Group Tax.
