Provides technical and commercial support for refractory products, including customer assistance, quotations, product selection, lining design, installation methods, complaint investigation, failure analysis, training, product marketing, market analysis, and sales support. Provide administrative support to the Plant and Department Managers: process payroll and verify timecards, manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing, enter sales orders into ERP, assist inventory counts, prepare and distribute monthly reports, maintain purchasing and office supplies, and handle basic HR onboarding and benefits paperwork.
