Serve as the interface between customers, logistics teams, and IT for Blue Yonder WMS projects. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, translate business requirements into solution concepts and specifications, and support implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Create user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, and documentation. Coordinate stakeholders, perform testing and quality assurance, and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous solution enhancements.

Manage end-to-end customer implementations for freight forwarding clients: lead onboarding, gather and translate requirements into operational and integration specifications, create documentation and SOPs, train stakeholders, define reporting with BI, and drive process standardization, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

Manage end-to-end air export shipments including booking, documentation (air waybills, export docs), carrier coordination, rate negotiation, billing/reconciliation, shipment tracking, claims handling, POD collection, and file closure while maintaining client and partner communication.

Lead new business development for air and ocean freight by building multi-level customer relationships, maintaining a sales pipeline, identifying profitable accounts, recommending logistics solutions, collaborating with internal teams to retain customers, and meeting revenue and gross profit targets using CRM tools.

Serve as primary customer contact for freight forwarding inquiries; prepare quotations and sales documentation; develop competitive freight pricing; coordinate routing and shipment requirements with operations and partners; maintain CRM/TMS records and pricing databases; support business development, onboarding, reporting, and cross-office collaboration.

Coordinate end-to-end ocean import shipments, communicate with carriers/agents/brokers/truckers and customers, prepare and manage shipping documentation, monitor milestones, resolve delays and claims, coordinate inland transportation, reconcile invoices and billing, maintain shipment records in TMS, and support continuous operational improvements.

Coordinate end-to-end air export shipments, manage documentation (air waybills, export docs), communicate with clients, carriers and agents, arrange pickups and trucking, monitor shipment status, handle billing, claims and PODs, reconcile costs, and close files while resolving operational issues and supporting special assignments.

The Business Development Manager enhances customer relationships, identifies opportunities, executes sales strategies, and works to increase revenue and market share in the freight forwarding sector.

The Senior Technical Consultant will implement and integrate Blue Yonder WMS solutions, develop technical concepts, ensure system integration, and enhance platform functionality based on customer feedback.
