The Engineering Lead will oversee the design of renewable energy projects, manage Project Engineers, and ensure effective coordination with construction teams. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, performing site visits, and providing technical support, particularly in solar and battery storage projects.

Coordinate mechanical procurement activities to ensure materials availability, reduce lead times and costs. Communicates profitability or risk to management and supports project managers with accounting and forecasting.
