The Client Success Manager II develops partnerships with medium to large clients, leveraging data to improve healthcare outcomes and drive contract renewals and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing a complex client portfolio, leading negotiations, coordinating marketing efforts, and mentoring team members.

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile features using React/React Native. Build scalable backend services (C#, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails) and RESTful APIs. Work with AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda), Terraform, Kafka/Debezium, and databases. Collaborate with product and design, follow CI/CD and best practices, and operate autonomously.

The FP&A Analyst will coordinate financial analysis and reporting, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce enhancements: gather requirements, design solutions, configure platform (objects, flows, LWCs), manage QA/UAT and releases, monitor integrations, resolve defects, maintain documentation, and provide post-deployment support and training.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for patient and provider platforms; mentor engineers; integrate AI-augmented engineering tools; enforce API, data modeling, and architectural best practices across React/React Native and backend services; optimize CI/CD, observability, and reliability metrics; drive technical spikes, POCs, and cross-team alignment.

Serve as the functional Workday Talent SME to configure, administer, optimize, and support Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and related Talent capabilities. Manage release testing, reporting/analytics, AI enablement, documentation, and continuous improvement while partnering with HRIS, OD, and business stakeholders to improve adoption, data quality, and workforce insights.

Design, build, and own Marathon's core cloud platform (primarily AWS). Implement IaC (Terraform), automation, self-service, and reliability-by-design. Define platform standards, embed security and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/HITRUST) into workflows, reduce incidents through better design, and mentor other engineers.

Define and execute enterprise architecture across cloud, data, integrations, and AI. Lead data and population health architecture on Snowflake, govern LLM/AI systems, design real-time integrations (HL7 FHIR, Kafka), modernize legacy systems, and partner cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable healthcare platforms.
