ABOUT THE JOB

The Learning Technology Administrator supports Marathon Health University by serving as the technical owner of the technology that enables our learning ecosystem. This role administers and optimizes the platforms, integrations, data, AI-enabled tools, and technical experiences that make learning accessible, connected, and easy to use for teammates.

The individual in this role brings demonstrated success implementing and administering enterprise learning platforms, with strong learning technology, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This person understands both the technical requirements and the teammate experience needed to create a connected and effective learning ecosystem.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning Technology System Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the enterprise learning technology ecosystem, including platforms, configuration, integrations, data, testing, technical learner experience, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage core platform functionality, including courses, learning pathways, academies, cohorts, assignments, certifications, assessments, user groups, permissions, and the learning catalog.
  • Maintain system and data integrity through administrative standards, documentation, SOPs, quality assurance, and effective management of user data and metadata.
  • Provide learner and administrator support, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate, test, and implement platform enhancements, releases, and third-party integrations in partnership with vendors and internal teams.

Learning Technology Implementation & Project Management

  • Lead learning technology implementation and enhancement initiatives from planning and requirements through configuration, integration, migration, testing, launch, adoption, stabilization, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, and stakeholder readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Organizational Development, vendors, content providers, and business stakeholders to deliver against project goals.
  • Identify risks and barriers, drive solutions and decisions, and support change management and end-user adoption through successful implementation.

Learning Content & Experience Support

  • Partner across the Organizational Development team and with key stakeholders to ensure learning technologies work together to create a connected, accessible Marathon Health University experience from onboarding through ongoing development.
  • Apply adult-learning and user-experience principles to improve how teammates discover, access, navigate, and engage with learning.
  • Provide technical consultation and guidance on effective use of the learning technology, content providers, authoring tools, and related learning technologies.
  • Identify and implement AI agents and AI-enabled workflows that improve learning operations, access to knowledge, and scalable learning solutions.

Learning Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and analytics related to participation, completion, utilization, engagement, compliance, and learning effectiveness.
  • Analyze learning trends, system utilization, learner feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Establish reporting standards and ensure learning data is accurate, accessible, meaningful, and consistently maintained.
  • Strengthen manager and administrator self-service through dashboards, learner records, reporting tools, and training while supporting required-learning and compliance reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field and 5+ years of experience administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms or equivalent combination of education and experience.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Demonstrated success implementing, migrating, or significantly transforming an enterprise Learning Technology required.
  • Hands-on 360Learning implementation and administration experience highly preferred, including platform configuration, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Technology configuration, user management, learning pathways, reporting, integrations, content administration, testing, and troubleshooting required.
  • Experience building or configuring AI agents, workflows, or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading complex, cross-functional learning technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Experience with learning analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and digital content platforms, such as Articulate 360, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools required.
  • Exceptional project management and execution skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
  • Strong learning-technology mindset with an understanding of both the learner experience and technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex processes and identify scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities, solve problems, and drive work to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and broader business and learning objectives.
  • Curiosity and continuous-learning mindset with an interest in AI and emerging learning technologies.
  • Strong commitment to internal customer service and creating intuitive, high-quality teammate experiences.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
