Supports sales operations and referral partner management by tracking leads, auditing performance, maintaining vendor records, coordinating communications, reconciling invoices, reviewing contracts, preparing reports, updating CRM records, managing listings and reviews, and assisting with outreach events and customer service.

Reviews and maintains insurance policies, certificates, endorsements, and related records for accuracy and compliance. Verifies coverage details, tracks renewals and claims documentation, identifies deficiencies, and coordinates with carriers, brokers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve issues. Prepares correspondence and reports while protecting confidential policy and client information.

Provide strategic and operational HR support to regional and community leaders, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, workers' compensation, benefits coordination, training, and periodic on-site visits to improve retention, engagement, and operational HR processes.

Perform accounts payable functions for multiple entities: review and process invoices, reconcile credit card and vendor statements, maintain vendor database for 1099s, support PO system and field staff, assist month-end close, respond to vendor inquiries, and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Provide Tier 1 and 2 remote and desk-side IT support for desktops, peripherals, cell phones, CCTV and networked devices. Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve hardware/software issues, manage the IT helpdesk and RMM tools, perform diagnostics and installs, support standard configurations, and travel to community sites (up to 50%).
