Directs enterprise community relations strategy, creating engagement frameworks, governance, and risk-response processes. Builds relationships with civic, environmental, vocational, and industry organizations; advises executives and project teams; manages budgets, metrics, reporting, and community programs. Leads team members and collaborates across communications, brand, philanthropy, supplier diversity, and sustainability to strengthen stakeholder partnerships and community impact.

Serves as a first point of contact for employees and coaches, connects them with resources, escalates complex issues, and collaborates with HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, and People Operations to deliver inclusive workplace programs and events.

Monitors progress, identifies delays and resource constraints, resolves scheduling conflicts, communicates updates, documents changes, and incorporates lessons learned to improve future planning and project delivery.
