Lead cloud-first IT infrastructure across the Americas, owning Cloud, Systems, Networking, and Help Desk. Drive Zero-Trust identity and access strategy, SIEM integration, endpoint and network modernization (predominantly macOS), ITIL processes, disaster recovery, compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2), vendor negotiations, budgeting, and team development to ensure secure, highly available operations.
