Presides over and adjudicates matters in the Agua Caliente Tribal Court while protecting tribal sovereignty. Oversees court administration, operations, budgeting, staffing, procedures, records, legal orders, hearings, opinions, bar standards, training, grant applications, and court facility development. Supervises the Tribal Court Administrator and Bailiff and manages judicial department accountability.

The role requires collaboration across departments, knowledge of Indian gaming regulations and internal controls, professional communication, attention to detail, office and casino property mobility, and travel between tribal casinos.

Reviews and tests mobile gaming systems, applications, communications, and processes for compliance with tribal, federal, and state gaming regulations. Coordinates inspections, documentation, validation, reporting, audits, and regulatory readiness with IT and internal teams. Verifies patron and employee access requirements, assesses privacy, data protection, security, and regulatory risks, maintains compliance records, and supports policies, procedures, governance, and Commission review materials.

Provides confidential clerical and administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and meeting coordination, agenda and minutes preparation, report and document production, correspondence, visitor and phone management, records filing, invoice processing, expenditure tracking, and department projects. Maintains compliance with tribal regulations and internal controls while delivering professional guest service in an office and casino environment.

Manages enterprise database marketing campaign execution across direct mail, email, SMS, and digital channels. Oversees campaign scheduling, deployment, targeting, data integrity, compliance, vendor coordination, documentation, and campaign calendar management. Supervises a Database Coordinator and partners with analytics teams to evaluate performance, response rates, ROI, and optimization opportunities. Ensures adherence to internal controls, standard procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provides administrative and project support across HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data entry, benefits administration, employee communications, recognition programs, compliance recordkeeping, and policy updates. Responds to routine HR questions, supports benefits communications and invoicing, processes check requests, and assists with special HR projects. The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong communication and organization, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Copilot, and preferably Paycom.

Analyzes marketing programs, promotions, events, direct mail, email offers, and player development initiatives. Creates reinvestment reports, proformas, post-analysis, database dashboards, customer lists, and marketing data extracts. Maintains database accuracy, standardization, and integrity while coordinating with vendors and internal departments. Supports casino marketing objectives, customer loyalty, repeat business, brand recognition, and revenue growth through database marketing analytics.

Leads the planning, execution, budgeting, tracking, and reporting of casino promotions, entertainment, and special events.
