Perform manual and automated QA for a Salesforce modernization program: develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts; perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, and UAT testing; identify and track defects; maintain test artifacts; develop and maintain Copado Robotic Testing automation; support releases and production validation.

Lead modernization of legacy VB.NET/.NET Framework applications to C#/.NET 8+, design and maintain secure web apps using Razor Pages, EF, and SQL Server, deploy and troubleshoot IIS-hosted on-prem applications, implement Azure DevOps CI/CD, and operate within high-security enterprise constraints while providing technical guidance.
