Lead global commercial growth for SGS Geochemistry by developing strategy, driving key account management, preparing major proposals and contracts, expanding services and geographic presence, improving commercial systems (Salesforce, MyLab), and supporting regional teams with training and best-practice sharing to enhance client experience and profitability.

Process and code high volumes of supplier invoices in Oracle, verify charges against contracts, manage supplier setup and banking details, resolve discrepancies and duplicates, review affiliate statements, maintain subcontractor rates, and support expense report reviews while following company policies.

Serve as HR consultant and strategic partner for regional business units, leading employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management, and M&A HR integration. Advise leaders on organizational design, investigations, compliance, workforce analytics, and implement HR initiatives in partnership with regional HR teams and legal.

Provide client services support to Project Managers: process sample and bottle orders, execute change orders, review LIMS logins, manage subcontracting, handle overflow calls, track turnaround times, and provide backup coverage for project managers.

Drive growth of global connectivity accounts by selling technical support, compliance testing and certification services. Build and expand strategic accounts across SGS's global network, lead cross-business solutions, influence senior stakeholders, develop commercial proposals, monitor project progress, analyze commercial data, and represent the company at professional events.

Lead development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue. Manage SEO, content, paid media, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM integration. Collaborate with sales and technical experts to optimize customer journeys, track performance, and report on pipeline contribution. Support events and thought-leadership content.

Execute environmental, mechanical, and certification reliability tests; set up and operate test equipment and thermal chambers; document setups and results with photos; collect, analyze, and report data using spreadsheets, charts, and presentations; track test progress; support multiple products across development lifecycle; ensure safe lab operation.

Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop laboratory applications (primarily C# with WPF/WinForms). Implement SDLC practices, integrate software with lab hardware, troubleshoot software/hardware interfaces, produce documentation and QA/test plans, support deployments and end users, and lead projects or mentor team members. On-site at Farmingdale, NY at least two days per week.
